"If only I could give zero stars. My husband ordered a body kit for his car and they said it was supposed to be here Tuesday, we called the day after and scheduled a drop off time for Thursday and still no show. We called again and they wanted to schedule for MONDAY! The worse part is we ended up having to drive over an hour to pick it up ourselves. There is a reason why we paid for shipping. However, the warehouse guys were very nice."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled delivery DID NOT show up during the scheduled time window and we have been given the run-around by customer support ever since. I understand that sometimes deliveries are late during the holidays but there is no excuse for the terrible customer service we've received."
"Make sure to stop and check-in at the guard booth (not well-signed) before going to will call. The process is annoying and the guard is a jerk. The clerk inside is friendly & helpful though as was the person who brought out my shipment."
