"This is a hidden gem. Located in Richmond's historic Jackson Ward. It's not an homage to fast food chicken, but to the actor and dancer usually starring opposite Shirley Temple. It's a micro park with benches and a water feature. I'm pretty sure that water fountain served a very practical purpose many years ago. Maybe someone will read this and know what it was for."
