If the first time I ever call to set up patient care I have to wait 30+ minutes of listening to the phone ringing over and over again, it's pretty clear to me that this is what I can always expect when I need to schedule an appointment. "I came during a busier part of the day. I was quoted a long wait but the staff helped knock out the wait very quickly and efficiently. Jacquelyn took great care of me and with a great smile. She even offered me to work there as their rad tech was leaving later that week. If I didn’t travel for work, I may have even considered it."
"The person who gave my physical and tests and took my UA was a remarkable human being very bubbly and professional, not something you see everyday. I got to say it's not the first time I've had this exam, it was the best experience,they are lucky to have this young lady on their team. I believe Jacolyn was her name. Four stars here"
"The staff is very nice and professional, but this location is extremely busy. If you’re a walk-in doing preemployment screening then you want to get there as soon as they open. I got there around 11am and was the last walk-in they took before turning people away. The nurse was telling other people that there’s usually a line outside around 645am for people waiting to get in."
"Very welcoming staff that is definitely dealing with a lot of ppl while being occasionally down a doctor. Front desk and my hands on nurse were extremely kind and when it was my turn they were faster than any place I've walked into before. Trying to give good service in a timely manner while managing so many ppl is not easy. Thank you for your patience when every single person is asking if "you need that email I didn't print?""
