"I went in to get help with a business line that is not working properly. The customer service rep women refused to assist me. Refused to contact my AT&T who manages our account. She only looked up one thing, and when I asked her to look deeper into the issue I got push back for "not" being on the account, if she looked it up correctly, she would have seen I am an authorized person, and she SHOULD have assisted me. This is the second time I went to this location to resolve the same issue and got no real assistance. They would not activate my new SIM card I was provided from my own AT&T rep. The reps at this location need retraining and need to be trained in customer service with an emphasis on serving their customers and not just being defensive and refusing to provide the support that they get paid to do."

"I went into the store after my passcode, phone number, and email address was stolen. I bought a new phone and they insisted in putting my stolen phone number on my new phone. I use my visa to pay for accessories. My visa was immediately charged over $3100 in fraudulent charges. I returned to the store a few days later because my phone would receive/call out. They gave me a new phone number and said that my stolen phone number which had been put on my new phone had been transferred to another carrier. And that instead of the 36 monthly payments for the phone that I owed the full $1000+ immediately. They said that they couldn’t help me any further and to call customer services. After multiple attempts with customer service, they cannot correct my bill. I have file a fraud report online and with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office. Run away from this business."

"Visited to purchase two new phones. In store experience was good and we recieved good assistance initially. Our issue was with the trade in valuation on one of the two phones. The phone was damaged and we indicated we didnt expect much if any value when presenting it to the staff memeber who assisted us. He reviewed the unlocked phone, which had a screen crack and indicated it would still get full value of a trade in, and we should bring it back in a few days, once we were satisfied everything transferred over correctly. The condition of a phone was not treated as a significant factor in the trade in evaluation. When attempting to do this a few days later, informed there was not actually any trade in value, which will add around 1000 in total cost due to the loss of rebate. No remedy offered other than taking back the new phone, which wouldn't really be of a benefit. While I didnt believe the sales person to be pushy, they had no problem offering upsells and items "we might be interested in". It would not have taken a significant amount of time to ensure the 1000 dollars of price savings they were offering was in fact legitmate. Unlikely to use this location going forward as cannot be confident in offers/rebates being provided."

"Well, I didn’t buy a phone as I went here to cancel my mother‘s phone - who recently died. The manager Anthony was so compassionate and kind, showing real concern for my situation. I’ve never had a retail person treat me that way before!! If I didn’t have a contract I’d consider switching. Thank you ATT!"

"This store is a breath of fresh air. Anthony was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about our phones. We also spoke with Sierra and she was also so wonderful. I’m so happy we came here. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. We actually drove from Lacey because we had an awful experience at the AT &T store there. This store was so clean, well organized and everyone who worked here was so happy. I was really in ahh of this store!!, they went above and beyond for us."
