"Free parking - on summer days, they often holds free music festivals at the park too. There’s a cool water tower that you can climb up too, nearby. Love the black donut although it makes you think of something else. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the nature."
"Interesting Sculpture the Black Sun. It is very easy to get a good picture through the Black Sun with the Space Needle in the background and the middle of the Black Sun. A perfect spot for a good view over the water reservoir in direction to Downtown Seattle. And if the weather is good, you can just sit around it."

The statue is situated on the eastern edge of the park's man-made reservoir, across from the Seattle Asian Art Museum.
