Reviews
"I had an incredible time! It was done as an event through an employer, and I couldn't have been happier. The entertainment was top notch, and the food was good, and I had one of the best cocktails. The only thing that could be improved upon was the lady who sings had two performances... I wish she did three. Her voice was amazing. I really liked the venue in the hotel and plan on doing it again next year and staying at the hotel. It felt like some show in Vegas without the hassle of going to Vegas. I think they should market it as such. Thomas Witt was our server, and he was super friendly and explained everything very well as I was unsure what to expect during the evening."
"Where do I start? It was such a captivating show! They kept us entertained even during the little food breaks. The food was good, I wasn’t expecting Michelin star but for bulk cooking like that it was really good. The show was so much more than I expected, we had the best time! Each performer brought something special, we were left in awe"
"I don't know where to start. We were so exited and had such high expectations from seeing Teatro in San Francisco about 10-12 years ago, that unfortunately this 25 year anniversary show left us wanting more. The show started out great, but there was not as many exhilarating and breath stopping performances in this show that we left feeling a bit let down. The aerial performances were fabulous, but having seen the prior outstanding show in SF, we felt let down. Our son really enjoyed the show, and if we had not seen the SF show we would probably have given this a 9 or 10. The appetizer and soup were good. Unfortunately my beef was very dry and overcooked. There were also far too many greens on the beef plates that neither my son nor I ate them. The flavor of the beef was good, though. My husband' salmon was also overcooked. The staff did a great job with addressing the food allergies my son has! Back to the show, all the entertainers were wonderful. The singer was wonderful, and the aerial shows were amazing. Unfortunately, we just felt there was too much silliness with the crowd interaction. We know Teatro is an interactive performance, but it just seemed a little dragged out at times. The part I was really turned off on, almost disgusted with, was juggling ping-pong balls in the emcees mouth. Before covid, this would have been quite funny, but I found it to be too long of a performance, especially towards the end when there should have been more exhilaration and excitement. We had general admission seats and the view was great. The hard backed benches were extremely uncomfortable for almost 3 hours of a seated dinner show. My leg fell asleep, and my husband had to sit at a weird angle because he was in the awkward middle section of the bench. Overall, I would recommend this only to someone who has never seen a Teatro or Cirque show. As for me, I was let down and felt quite disappointed."
"Incredible space, the Lotte Hotel is gorgeous. The service from start to finish was friendly and welcoming. The performers were all top notch, talented, hilarious, engaging with us the whole time. The food was delicious. I had the salmon, it was cooked perfectly, which is extremely rare to have happen. I had a gluten free dessert and it was very tasty! I will certainly love to go to this show again some time!"
""Love, Chaos & Dinner" show at The Sanctuary in the Lotte Hotel on James Street. Amazing show and location. The singing and acrobatic performances were top notch. Service was excellent. Food was good; my partner and I preferred the salmon over the steak, however the mashed potato were super creamy. This was their 2nd night and it felt very chaotic and put together all at the same time. So many emotions, laughter, awe, solemnity, peace, gratitude... A great date night and reason to get extra dressy."
