"Terrible organization with uneducated unprofessional staff who hate people! Employees practice racism and discrimination there. The receptionist at the registration desk said "NO" to a 3 y.o. child who came with pain to see the pediatrician, dr. Horrell! She said she have papers to fill in and we had to come earlier. We came about 10 minutes prior the appointment. It was enough time to fill the documents in! The scheduler never mentioned any documents! All necessary information was provided during making an appointment! They know everything about us: name, surname, home address, phone number, email, insurance number... but they need more and more information! Ok, the child came for an appointment with 2 parents! One parent could fill in the papers, another parent could go with the child to visit the doctor. But instead the receptionist was just stealing and wasting our appointment time preaching about the documents! She wasted 5 minutes of our appointment time speaking by phone with someone and then she started to keep wasting more of our appointment time telling about filling the documents! We said that we are ready to fill in the papers. But she didn't let us do it. The pediatrician was waiting for us in her office and the receptionist didn't let doctor Horrell to accept her patient! Can you imagine such people with absolutely bureaucratic mentality who work in medical organizations and PUT PAPERS PRIOR TO PATIENTS?!!! Dr. Mary Horrell, why do you let the clinic staff treat your little patients like this?"
