"Falling down monument. Really sad. Also, the only two trash bins are in the parking lot. Grassy park area is lovely, lots of seats and benches, no tables? If you walk the trail, it is not a river view, but is shady, tidy and paved. Extreme disappointment in neglect of monument."

"Awesome kilns along the rail trail! Well preserved! Placards around site that give a nice history lesson on the kilns, how they were invented and used, all the way through their retirement. Nice spot to explore if you have some spare time!"
