"Been coming here for years. Most recent problem is that I requested med refill days ago and instead of informing me that my insurance stopped covering it they just didn't fill it. Which I found out when trying to pick up my meds right before going to bed before a surgery shift tomorrow. I would have been happy to pay out of pocket rather than not have what I need (and I need it tonight which is why I requested refill days ago) and instead of helping I get shrugged off and informed that they probably wouldn't get to it tonight at all. Will be switching pharmacies ASAP."
