"Very rude to customers. Lady working the register acted like I inconvenienced her by having a return. Made an issue about me returning baskets... with the tag still attached! I will never return to this store if the employees continue to make customers feel uncomfortable."

"I had a weird and embarassing experience here recently, went in to find some board games and just look around, found a few and went to the register. The cashier was acting really stressed out and dramatic, she was very loud and yelling out she needed help really bad cause i had a card issue, was telling everyone it must be a prepaid card (when it wasnt) and how much do I have and acting like its the most stressful situation for her. Everyone was staring at me and it was really embarassing how loud she was, I felt it was intentional because she was quite rude and not professional . I used the wrong card so it was my fault but she kept saying she was glad it was my fault and not her fault, brought 2 managers over just to refund my money and still had me buy the board games when I kept asking to just get a refund and leave cause the whole experience just made me uncomfortable and I changed my mind. This was my first time and last time here, there wasnt that many people in there but the way she was behaving, you would think it was packed and actually stressful. Prices suck but I think its all Goodwills, just go to deseret industries, prices are better, store is bigger and you dont get embarassed by rude staff"

"I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the past few weeks at this store. And every time I have been I am more and more disappointed in the horrendous staff. They’re uneducated and terribly RUDE. I have not met one nice employee. I will be finding a near by location to go to. I’ve finally had it with the staff and will never go back! Sad."

"I come to this Goodwill often because it's not too far from my house. I have never really had a bad experience until today.. aside from the fact that I think they are a bit overpriced. Today I was in the store and shopped for almost 2 hours. As I go through the racks I always straighten out the clothes as I comb through them. This just allows me to see everything so no biggie but it helps them as well. One of the employees even thanked me. Throughout the store they had a few random racks with some clothes on them and I kept seeing an employee go back to that rack and grab clothes to put them out on the floor. I thought it was a rack to put back what you didn't want. So I had a few items I decided I didn't want. I arranged them by size and put them on the rack instead of just randomly placing them wherever like many people do. All of a sudden an employee (an older woman with reddish blonde hair and glasses) comes up behind me and says, "No! No no no no no.." So I said, "Is this not a rack to put things that you don't want?" She said, "No". So I grabbed the clothes back off the rack and said, "Ok I'll put them back." I walked around the store and put them back. She said nothing else. So rude. I went up to the front to pay and she had been working the register so I was doing everything I could to chill out. Thankfully a nice man was at the register who mentioned that he got called in today even though it was his day off. Even so, he was happy, smiling, and very nice. I probably spend $250 a month at this Goodwill. They will never see me again. I suggest you skip this place and go to Desert Industries down Meridian. They are always very nice and helpful."

"So i have been shopping here for YEARS.. the other day i finally found out that you can return if it dont work or broke. Today for the first time i tried returning 2 young child Christmas outfits that were to small.. and clearly over priced. To only had been told nope sorry we dont do that with Christmas stuff. Wich totally is NOT posted. I would NOT have purchased these items had the employee the week befor told me i could RETURN FOR EVEN STORE CREDIT. wich is fine since i never miss a week shopping there it was my quiet place close to home. And most of the employees are amazing. .. so needless to say i wont be shopping there. With there over priced LIES"
