"I am a 60 year old woman who has spinal stenosis and arthritis in my back. This condition makes physical activity very uncomfortable and naturally I do not want to hurt. I have had lower back steroid shots and twice tried physical therapy. The shots helped temporarily but the physical therapy made other parts of my body hurt also. I started massage treatments two months ago, Anya has helped my muscles stretch and strengthen thus relieving the most of the pain. I now can garden for hours, walk farther, and ride my horse more comfortably. I have a larger range of motion, more stamina and less pain. Gee, if it does not hurt as much I do more.
