"Pharmacy used to be very good, but then about a year or two ago, their staff diminished radically, and with it, so did their customer service. It started to seem like they always took forever to fill prescriptions or not have them in stock. There were even occasions when refills were completely forgotten about, for days at a time, unless you were physically there to wait for them! This can be extremely dangerous and/or life threatening for someone who is on a strict daily medication regime, like insulin, for example!! The decor and lack of product selection of this particular Rite Aid also seems a little outdated when compared to other Rite Aid's in the county. I really only use them now when necessity calls for it... for example, when particular items or products I need are on sale, or when the other local pharmacy/shopping center is out of an item, but Rite Aid has it in stock, etc. Hopefully they have or will improve to the standards they once held and service they used to offer!!"
