"Management team are outstanding, especially Jack who is good at everything. From being courteous and professional to sometimes going beyond his duty to accommodate tenants. If I can give him over 5 star I would. Don't take my word for it, just go and see him you would like him right away as he has an inviting personality. I think (weidner) the company who hired him should be proud and appreciative to what he is doing for this property and it's tenants. Don't forget George the maintenance guy who is always on the move and if he comes to your apartment to fix something, he will do it right and with professionalism. Weidner should give him a raise and appreciate what he is doing so he can stay with us here at forest hills Shoreline."

"After a thorough search of apartment communities, I choose to rent at Forest Hills Estates. I like the location and the neighbors in the complex are friendly and quiet. Being a newbie to apartment renting, I had a lot of questions.
