"Hi enjoyed living at Green Leaf Shoreline. My biggest concern was that there was no true place to potty my dog. Otherwise, good bus lines nice walking neighborhood very friendly neighbors. Building staff, very courteous and friendly. Prompt to complete maintenance requests."

"My move-in date is June 16th. When I first arrived for my tour I felt like I wasn't welcomed the second I walked into Greenleaf Shoreline. She told me I was approved for the apartment which I was excited about, but did not get into any specific details about all the security deposits I was going to have to pay. Now I don't mind the deposits, what I do mind is the communication I did not get. I wonder how this community has 4.7 stars, but Jenn who toured me didn't do such a great job at description when asked about certain things, such as if the walls are hollow and if you can hear the neighbors pretty easily. (My current problem at my community). Sharon, the manager who I haven't met yet seems nice in email, but wasn't too descriptive when she came up with all these numbers which were for the deposits. When asked to break it all down, there was no response. Same with Jenn when I asked her the same exact questions. I determine if I like a community by the landlords. If the communication isn't there, then long term down the road it will cause a problem for you and the community you are at. UPDATE: After living here for a few months and Sharon being the helpful landlord she is while being short handed, she is very quick when it comes to responding to issues or general questions. There was a rough start when first moving in, but moving along Greenleaf Shoreline apartments is a comfortable place to live at."

"Been thinking about moving to Shoreline in the future, but I didn't know much about North City. Yesterday Sharon gave me a tour of this apartment community, and the experience was very helpful to my research. The building was clean, had safe access, and top notch apartment finishes. The lobby and amenities were good and there are plenty of parking options. North City seems like a cool neighborhood, I could see myself living there."

"My girlfriend and I moved in on January 2023 and so far it has been a smooth process. Although we’ve had some issues arise, Sharon was quick to help in the friendliest manner to resolve any issue. Maintenance has also been very quick and friendly to help with anything."

She has given me a tour of the apartment I'm interested in already and was very patient with all my questions. She is quick to respond and flexible with our requirements. Sharon has been very helpful and flexible, patient and super quick with documentation process and has provided all the info we need to ensure smooth onboarding. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. I wish more customer services in leasing offices would be like the one here under Sharon and Andrea. Overall, I am very happy with my experience."
