"Today was our first appointment with Dr Payne, she is a one-of-a-kind Doctor. She listens to your story thoroughly before talking or suggesting like a Doctor. She understands, thinks, and talks/explains like a Human with a huge kind heart (well-wisher) before having a Doctor's medical-narration. Such a Great Human a perfect person to be a Doctor. A lot to learn from her on how to be a human first before anything. We need more people like her in every profession. Also, a humble request to all the patients who see Dr Payne, if your appointment is delayed /if the Doctor is running late please don't mind or be mad (please come prepared with an extra wait time). If Dr Payne is running late that means she is busy making/bringing a positive impact on someone's life journey - So please wear a patience hat when you have an appointment with Dr Payne."

"Dr Payne is amazing. If you can see her. I am an existing patient. After waiting 17 minutes on hold to speak with scheduling, I was told she has no appointments from now (10/12) through end of year and they can’t schedule in January yet. No wait list, no cancellation list. It was suggested I can call back to see if she has cancellations; I guess I budget 30 minutes each time I want to try that? Argh."

"Dr Susan is great , seemed highly experienced and I really liked my first meet with her. My very first experience at Dr Susan's office was not very great and I was very disappointed on how long I had to wait to see her. After I arrived I was told she is running 30 mins late. After 30 mins of waiting I recheck with the staff at front lobby and they say she is now an hour late. When i ask if i can reschedule the appointment the staff said there is nothing available for next 2 months :) Finally when they call me in i had to wait for another 15 mins. I understand doctors have a lot in their plate and are often running late however i would appreciate if they call the patients and inform them about the delay as I have a child at home and work to get back to. I wish the people in front lobby be polite and respect patients time and understand the situation and have a courtesy to inform them ahead of such delays and respect Patients time. Anyways low rating is my experience with the process and not for the Dr :)"
