"Just moved in and highly disappointed with the condition of the kitchen. Tons of damage and clearly was not cleaned before I move in. Already seeing ants and I have no food here. Do not live here. I was told the way the cabinets look are considered ‘normal wear and tear’. Highly disappointed with this decision to live here."

"I lived at these apartments for a few years. The management is ridiculous.The rules are outrageous. No BBQs, grills or smokers. Nothing in window seals. We couldn't have our bikes out on patio. Kids can't ride bikes and no playground which they did say they were going to get one put in but never did. The apartments are built poorly. Yes they look alright on the outside but on the inside is a totally different story. The website makes these apartments look so nice inside but it is far from what they really look like. The rent is ridiculously high. It is not worth the money. They want to charge fees for a second occupant even when the second occupant is your own child.The only good thing about these apartments are the washer and dryer. I could go on and on with how bad these apartments are and how it's not worth living here. The management are greedy and rude. Adding on to previous review to reply to owner. I can say for sure that you do not care about your residents here. Your locally owned company is ridiculous about trying to do whatever you can to make money and save money. How is it that not one person in these apartments pay the same rent. There have been so many different maintenance workers and you hire people that have no clue on what they are doing and landlords quit because of the rules they also have and don't get paid enough. I know that because of being told by one of them. Or they get fired because her and her cousin the maintenance guy at that time stole money from the residents. Also told that from one of the landlords. And the landlord now has no clue in what she is doing. Or how about personal belongings getting thrown away without any warning or a notice. But a neighboring resident has the same exact thing and that doesn't happen to there belongings. How is that even ok. No reason to have renters insurance if because a mistake caused by an electrician that you guys hired blew up a residents tv didn't get replaced but we have to have it. How about supporting your comment by actually showing your residents you care instead of just saying it and have nothing to back that up."

"My daughter and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and we absolutely love it here. We've made friends with our neighbors and the landlord. Amanda is great, the apartment complex is always neat and clean, it's very safe and friendly, for kids and pets, We welcome with open arms. The school is local for all ages, as is the bus stop. The city bus is local as well. We also have the coffee shop up the street and stores within 10mins of driving both ways, Safeway or Fred Meyer's. We love everything about this complex and it's perfect for my daughter and I. Thank you so much Amanda for keeping us in this comfortable place❤️"
