"I have loved living here at Fieldstone. For the past 4 years most of my interactions have positive. And I will say the constant management over turn makes it hard to know who to communicate problems or issues too. But that seems to have settled down finally. Maintenance requests tend to get handled fairly quickly as well."

"3 years I've lived here and I'm starting to wonder, why? Yes, rent is cheaper than most, that is probably the ONLY reason. Here is what is bothering me; 1. Crime, this last year it has been ever so increasing in activity here. I've had to call the cops twice this year over rowdy neighbors screaming and fighting outside of my apartment. The cops are here more frequently over other events too, they were here just a few days ago, blocking one of the entrances to come into the complex. And the kicker, my roommates catalytic converter got stolen right from our parking spot outside of our apartment. I immediately emailed Fieldstone and pleaded for them to take notice and let other residents know, they agreed to do so, but they did not uphold their end and just let it go into the wind. Ridiculous. 2. Maintenance, this is a new annoyance of mine, since before these past few months I've always had no problem getting something addressed and fixed. I sent out 3 requests over a month ago and they have yet to be looked at. The biggest ones; The exterior lights that provide light at night (to allow us to see out of the peephole at night and help us walk up the stairs when ITS PITCH BLACK OUT) have been out/broken. its a 2 minute fix, just switch out the lightbulb??? It is a safety hazard!! There has been an ever growing pothole directly behind our parking space that is now the size of the grand canyon and is causing my roommates car problems, since he HAS to go over it to get in and out of the space. At least address the issues and give us an estimated time or something of when these can be fixed?? 3. I can speak for everyone here and tell you the TRASH situation is both FOUL and a HUGE SAFETY/HAZARDOUS issue. I understand to a point, that management can't enforce people to dispose of their trash correctly and/or find out who the disgusting individuals are that don't know how to use a trash compactor and who dump a months worth of trash all at once on the ground. But there are solutions they can implement that would remedy and eliminate such a bio-hazard. Ever heard of Trash Valet? Lock down the trash gate and only allow access to someone who's SOLE job is to pick up peoples trash from our front doorsteps. TAKE that money that you charge us for someone to clean up the area/ fix the compactor/ renting a larger trash bin, and just hire someone for this job. It works in many other apartment complexes here. In all, I really do enjoy living here. It's quiet most nights, the staff ARE nice people, and the neighbors don't bother you. But this place has some major problems that CAN be fixed with some very simple solutions. Time management, priority, actual security, trash service, etc... It's all doable. If Fieldstone says they strive to make our community a safe and enjoyable place, then why not act out on that saying and provide us with the simple things we need?"

"Horrible management. My wife is mentally handicapped, and Amy knew that and still harassed her over some paperwork that my wife didn’t understand. Then AFTER CANCELING A WALK THROUGH when we were moving, they charged us 600 dollars for cleaning and carpet, even though part of the carpet was damaged by a busted seal on the hot water tank. We cleaned that place from top to bottom and any carpet issues were there when we moved in. The carpet was not new when we moved in and had to be stretched twice in the 4 years in this apartment. We changed apartments while we lived there because of water damage to the first one. Upstairs piping burst. It was a mess. Won’t answer the phone, or she’ll pick up and hang up on us. She is a miserable woman who thinks it’s everyone else’s fault."

"My rating is for the fantastic staff that has took on this property. I’ve only lived here since September, but there has been loads of positive changes. Amy the community manager doesn’t just talk the talk she walks the walk. Thank you fieldstone team. Thank you for respecting my family and not making us feel less than during this truly hard time for so many families."

"If you want a decent quality of life DO NOT move here. The buildings are INFESTED with mice and mold. The management is deplorable, particularly the regional manager who treats everyone (resident and employees) like they are less than human. They don't deserve their position. It's no mystery why they can't keep staffing here. That's why conditions continue to worsen. No one wants to live or work here. There is one trash area for the whole complex. Which is always over flowing and disgusting. They care about a rent check with no regard to resident quality of life. No matter who you are, you deserve a better residence than this place."
