"I was visiting a friend when they had a maintenance call. I can not say enough about the maintenance.. Tyler has been so helpful with all of our problems. He is professional, kind, understanding, and takes his time to inform us of what he’s doing and if anything needs to be ordered. I’ve never ran across a young person as knowledgeable and caring as Tyler. This complex should feel grateful that they have Tyler as an employee."
"I have lived at the Terraces for over 5 years. The staff has always been friendly and the property manager, Shawna, has always been super nice and more than willing to help when issues have come up. The area is beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. They have people that come out on a weekly basis to keep the grass mowed and the bushes trimmed. I always see a security company late in the evening patrolling the property which adds a sense of security. The interior of the apartment is recently renovated and looks good. I will say, if you are looking for a cheap apartment, this is not the place. Due to the area, this apartment is on the expensive side but they prices are similar to other apartments in this area. Overall, we've had a wonderful experience renting at this property and recently renewed our lease for another year. I recommend you check it out if you're looking for an apartment in the area. Nice community, wonderful staff and a beautiful area to live in."
