"I never give bad ratings, I just don't post about it at all, but this upset me so much. I even took a week to think about it before I wrote this. The lady I worked with was wonderful to a point. Over 3yrs ago I made a bad decision & let my kid get a dog. He didn't do a very good job cleaning up after the pup. I was dealing with some health issues & recovering from surgery, which prevented me from staying on top of it. As a result the carpet in one room had to be replaced. Our deposit covered the cost. Amoriss CRG was responsive & stayed in touch through the whole process. They ran our credit, checked our references (so I thought) & sent me an email saying that we were approved & explained how to move forward. Not even 10min later I get another email stating we were denied because of a poor reference. (They didn't get back to her till right then I guess). I know the previous landlord, she was honest but said nothing else that could be construed as negative. She just mentioned the dogs. They must've thought I lied on the application. We no longer have one of the dogs & have been working to rehome the other, I don't want to, but my family needs a home! So it would've been a moot point. But I was not only not allowed to explain this, but had to ask multiple times for someone to even contact me. They just kept sending stock email responses. I understand they have to be careful, these are people's properties & in some cases their livelihood. But I have a damn good job, more than sufficient income, & all of my other references were great (obviously) so why does one reference, from a few years ago make or break it? Especially when I have multiple other references & even offered to obtain a co-signer or allow them to check to insure I dont bring them after the lease is signed. I desperately need to find a place to live & it is heart breaking to think you've found the PERFECT place to call home, only to have it taken away right as you started to feel that weight coming off your shoulders.. I am disappointed & saddened. This is why they can't find good tenants, I've lived in the same house for 3yrs. I've taken care of maintenance, yard work, & small repairs. My current landlord loves us & told them so. I just don't understand."

"our rent at amorris CRG was an exorbitant $3,460, making the experience even more disappointing. Despite this steep price tag, they still cut BIG corners on amenities such as low quality washer/dryers/fridgerator/stove/doors. Labeling “Luxury Apartments” has never been farther from the truth. Only way they’ve gotten by with this is because of the small town and lack of options for housing. And how could I not forget to mention, our initial $4600 deposit WASN'T enough for minor damages, they decided to bill us $300 more. Almost $4900 for simple fixes that would be considered normal wear and tear elsewhere. This company's lack of value for money is evident, making them an even more unfavorable choice for anyone seeking fair pricing and quality service in their rental experience.""

"I would give less than 1 Star if we were able. If they are not sure what the answer to a question is, they WILL LIE to you rather than say, "I am not sure, let me go find out for you" ... They will charge you for things that never happened, when returning the deposit.. The rent portal will give you incorrect amounts and they will not work with you to help! Last they will charge you for carpet cleaning even if your unit is less than 8% carpet. Rent from these people at your our risk.. you will have to pay for it though.."

"I have been renting from Amoriss for a year. I absolutely love them! There is great communication. They are always so quick and helpful if I have maintenance issues or questions. The office staff and the guys are so wonderful all around. I highly recommend them. I have never had the opportunity to rent from such a wonderful property management company before and I'm so thankful to have found them!"

"Should not have passed inspection. No insulation. Bad electrical. Mold and mice. Many mice. Holes in the floor under the carpet and vinal. Holes in vinal. Rusty floor and toilet. Bathroom cabinet rotted. Countertops with damage, garbage disposal stinks... They did replace the faucet...but not the bath tub it just runs cold water and you have to contort to get behind the tub to turn off the water. No handrail or safety equipment in the antique bath tub area, no shower.. we were not informed of that. The outside stairs are just dried mud and brick wall without any handrails. The lights flicker in the entire kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom carpet is disgusting and dirty that shows and smells like animals.. I've been vacuuming for months and still pet hair . The carpet is years if dirty. The walks and windows too. I've used countless magic erasers trying to no avail. This place needs an overhaul. The blinds are years old and dirty, the crust around the windows shows years of having taped up coverings. There's no insulation because I can smell dirt under the bathroom. There's no safety rail on any step and it's 1 bedroom with a den not acty2 bedroom. The shed is adequate however has many paints and chemicals and a microwave and mirror, there's a mirror and table and hook in the house as well as plastic furniture left behind... I've emailed and asked about the carpet and leaking tub and the dirty blinds all went dismissed.. the state of the home has caused a huge disturbance in our 13 yo disabled son... I need someone to come do an inspection and check the email and texts I've sent."
