"Not advertising that there is a hundred dollar deposit I did not have so I could not stay and they would not return the room rental to me, no one else charges a deposit on top of the rental of the room in the Dalles they just robbed me of $86. Dollars Okay you said that the refund was taking so long because of the bank well as I have not received it yet then I have to say that you are a lier also this motel is a bad business I recommend that you don't stay their they will steal your money"
"The INDIAN at the desk was extremely disrespectful and she made me cry because she called me a pig said we had a dog in the room and we didn't the dog slept outside in the car with my daughter I won't stay here again she kept my $100 deposit which was b.s. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AVOID THIS ONE RUDE OWNER"
"Very rude. Gave away my reservation that I made same day (showed up at 6:30pm). Refused to honor the price I was given for my reservation and expected me to pay $35 more for an "upgraded room" from a single queen to a single King. Absurd, and trying to take advantage of a traveling family."
"Beautifully remodeled was lovely new tile flooring most modern sink shower toilet etc., refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, nice desk and office chair, marvelous, comfortable king bed and over a hundred channels on TV. But the best thing was the kind, caring treatment and service that we received from this enlightened Indian family!! They obviously work hard to make our experience restful, enjoyable, and memorable! "I can't say that the exterior of the place is that nice. I was a little apprehensive when I opened the door to my room. But to my delight the room was clean, well equipped and everything worked fine. Great location. Great price. Accommodating management (let me use the hose to clean off my dirty bicycle). I'll definitely stay here again."
