"Went to pick up a friend from these apartments, I could smell a stench from the street, pulled in and drove by a dumpster filled with trash. Never seen anything like this, asked my friend how much does she pay. Month she said 2,000$ I was in disbelief!!!"

"The floors creak to such an extent that I felt badly for the downstairs neighbors. Also there was an incident where we got some kind of notice about smoking, maybe it was a fine, either way they were wrong. People in my unit did smoke but we were in the very last building and it was not difficult to go to the sidewalk. That woman who worked there pestered us about this several times. Finally I had to tell her "look, the window you're alleging smoke is coming from, is my newborns room" Most of the times I was merely pregnant but later the accusations were more upsetting considering it was a nursery. Another time they tried to evict me because one of their office people forgot to check the drop box in the laundry room. They condescended to me about it until someone checked. Saw the date and had to concede that I'd paid rent. Nothing worked properly, the tub leaked one day right before we moved out, we were no longer staying there and had paid a months rent basically to have a month of time to move out. But I had no idea it'd leaked, by the time we left they wanted like 1500 dollars. Horrible customer service, terrible mold which "is the tenants job to manage humidity levels" (their sliding doors sweat). Even when we first moved in there was a wet carpet, urine and pubic hair on the toilet, disgusting greasy, stinking filter over the stove, burnt out light bulbs all over, dirty walls and gouges. Over priced, terrible experience. Never again. Just rent a room y'all. Also it's almost comical that they're responding so eloquently and so quickly to bad reviews but in person, where none of you can see, they're rude, pushy, unprofessional and absolutely have no business in that office. Most of the people you'll meet will probably be fired or replaced like all the others. But the interactions are always the same. Disappointing."

"My daughter moved in here. Very clean area, beautiful outdoor setting, apartment I've seen is very cute and clean, seems very community oriented and is in a good neighborhood area of Vancouver"

"This place is horrible and wish all the ceos and manager would be fired. My dog was evicted in 10 days because some Karen reported him after dogs played and Karen's dog received a scratch. It's impossible to rehome a dog in 10 days. Also they were not professional about talking about it and none of my phonecalls were returned. Place needs new management and policies cause it's not right."

"I absolutely love coming home every day to see and smell my neighbors garbage! Aspenridge decided to start charging for valet trash (I don’t even want it, but I’m forced to pay for it) and of course, nobody follows the rules and leaves the bags of trash inside the can. And of course, management, or the valet trash company, will not enforce the rules. So you walk through the property and see white bags of garbage in front of everybody’s door! Excellent job Aspenridge! You really classed this place up!!! EDIT 3 months later: nothing is better. I ask management constantly for help dealing with this problem. They do nothing. The next step is I complain to the city. I have added some more photos. This is what I open my door to daily. Garbage. Flies and bad smells. 2000 a month for rent and this is the view I get."
