Brookside 112 Apartments

"UPDATED 02/24/2024 : If other GREYSTAR properties suffer like BROOKSIDE 112 my recommendation would be keep driving there are far better places to live securely, and clean. The response from OWNER shows can't read a work order?The workers here are nice just lack competent leadership from the top. RESIDENTS here pay all operating expenses, parking lot lights, walkways, pest control, water usage, sewer, water, garbage, swimming pools that don't work " NOT EVEN HEATED" heater broke down never fixed? Workout room over half of equipment is outdated or don't work, geez folks it just never ends all the failures at our expense I just don't get it? If it's broke fix it? If not broke leave it alone? These sort of landlords have a name! Slumlords. My experience at Brookside 112 has been overall UNpleasant, piss poor management created an undesirable living environment, they are only doing enough so as to not take away from bonuses so guess where u stand? unsafe, no security, no gates wide open complex, first responders are frequent flyers, to make it even better you and your kids can play dodge the poop throughout the whole property as they can not fix the dog park? It simply needs resurfaced? We do enjoy the grounds the most great walking area, close to everything, lots of mature trees, winding sidewalks Jeez I am so sick and tired with big companies steam rolling all of us..."

"I have only been living in Brookside for around a month. It’s been very pleasant. Every step of the process has been very easy and calm not much stress which is nice when moving is already such a hassle. Lawrence was amazing with the tour and honestly was the reason I chose this place. The maintenance is on top of it too! My heaters weren’t working and two days later I had brand new working heaters! thanks for the amazing service!"
