"As a vendor that works with a large variety of apartment homes. I can confidently say that the management staff at this property is invested in the wellbeing and happiness of their entire community. Every interaction I have had is all about how to best support the residents. How to help them get easier and more affordable access to things that matter most to them. Additionally I know that they are always looking for creative ways to appreciate those living there. Things like running different types of events; Snow Cones, Back to School Supplies, Holiday Feasts and more. Each time I stop by the property the office (Brad and Quaid) are smiling and know every resident by name."

"This place has no maintenance. It has been a year and a half. They jury rig everything. The management lies alot. They are not ADA compliance. Hud and housing no longer recommend Teel Pointe apartments just for those reasons. The only thing that's true full is the park and schools and shopping. Everything in between is not."

The south facing location has helped to keep my monthly utility bill at about $50 with my unit staying relatively cool in the summer and plenty warm in the winter.
