"We found a good deal on offer of move in. So we scheduled a tour and it looked nice. So we submitted our application, were approved and moved in. However on move in, the apartment we moved into had a slew of things wrong with it, from locks not working, entry doors extremely damaged(you can see the outside from the damage and the other one has a hole in it along with some tape over it as if that fixes the the door the hole is big enough to fit your hand in to the other side!) outlets with wires hanging out of them, missing cupboards, cupboard shelving damaged to the point where nothing can be set on it, massive gouges in the flooring along with permanent stains, the dishwasher runs but all the water leaks out of it, under the sink the wall had a hole in it so you could see the siding on the outside of the building. The toilet is held together by zip ties, and the sinks are chipped and badly stained. I was promised these things would get fixed but I’ve been here for a month now, nothing has been fixed or not even a plan has been put together to fix it.. and the empty promises still come from the property manager. Missing smoke detectors, cupboard doors falling of their hinges, sliding door lock being held on by one screw, patio storage was not cleaned, among other things… This place was not move in ready and until this stuff gets fixed my review of the place will remain the same. I will also be pursuing all legal aspects of this to ensure they are doing their due diligence as land lords."

"The office personnel have always been very helpful to me! I've had my own home for 20 years, and it was different moving into an apartment! Cherise is so easy to understand, and this is great for me. Dione (our maintenance guy) is a whiz at everything, and he's always there when we need him. There aren't too many places around here that have washer/dryer in home, and a Jacuzzi tub! Great place to live! Centrally located in Fairview, and close to Gresham and lots of shopping !! We can walk to Target. . ."

"I was very interested in this property so I had scheduled an appointment to take a tour of the property and look at an apartment. Within 48 hours I received three different emails reminding me of my appointment, letting me know that they would meet all of my rental needs making everything sound very welcoming. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment with management, and to my surprise there was nobody in the office there was a sign hung up in the window saying that they would be back at 1:00 and the door was unlocked with not a manager anywhere in sight. I waited 30 more minutes hoping someone would show up to show me the property, and I couldn't wait any longer I had to get back to work. Here we are 3 days later and I still haven't heard from management, not a phone call not an email nothing. I think it's safe to say my interest in this property has gone out the window and I'll be looking to move somewhere else."
