"Asked for a new lock on my door and instead they sprayed WD 40 in the lock which i alteady been doing..still sticks...you have to hold the door tightly toward's you b4 locking and unlocking the door. So either its a door issue(not enough insulation) around it or the lock is defective."

"5 stars for the office staff, 1 star for livability and continuous rent increases. Hope the ownership got swept up in these lawsuits alleging collusion. Big ups to Kelly in the office. She was great during the time I lived there and deserves a raise, if she's still there."

"My daughter and her ex boyfriend lived at Autumn Chase for about two years. I wrote corporate a letter and CCd the manager in 2020. A neighbor, harassed, my daughter, and her ex boyfriend so badly, that he spent a weekend in jail for threatening and harassing my daughter and her ex-boyfriend. I Wrote them a very detailed letter (three pages) about why they should not charge a lease break fee Their lives were threatened, and they were in immense danger. I don’t know if I heard back from them as my daughter moved out and had no issue renting another apartment, but I still have the letter I sent them Four years later, and two apartments later - that my daughter lived in and was on the lease, Autumn Chase is now reporting that my daughter has an outstanding lease break fee. So now begins another legal fight, Thank God, I know a lot about landlord tenant law as I used to be a property manager in Oregon. Autumn Chase Apartments if you’re listening, shame on you. You know that money is not owed Over $3000 in lease break fees when she moved out in 2020 because she was in danger by one of your residence, and that resident went to jail for harassing my daughter. Maybe I need to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau about this"

"Pretty quiet except for me. I am a professional musician so... My neighbors have been nice and patient with me. They give a couple raps on the wall and I turn it down. Respect. The apartment is very nice. I had a problem with one of the heaters and it was replaced within 24 hrs. Staff have been very cordial and professional even when issuing me a noise complaint. It's taken me a little while to adjust to apartment life as I have not lived in one since the 80's. All good now and I am quite happy with my little place. I placed an emergency maintenance request the first week of May, 2023 and the staff were right on top of the situation despite it being after hours. Professional, respectful, and efficient work to take care of the situation as quickly as possible were the order of the day.. I could not have asked for better and have been left with confidence that should something come up again that we are in good hands working with people who actually give a damn. 11/9/23 Had another maintenance call that went super well however the technician left his step ladder here so just let me know when you want it back and I'll put it outside by the door. "*update* Deposit not returned within 21 days (30+ at time of edit) If you appreciate your mental health, live anywhere else. Place is a nightmare. Constant theft and damage to vehicles, and the office will actively tell you it is not their problem. My car was stolen within 24 hours of living here, and almost $10,000 worth of damage and theft to MY vehicles within the first 90 DAYS. “Crime knows no address” is what the office will say- but Crime seems to know Autumn Chase real well. Refused too break my lease and quit responding after pretending like they’d do something (even offered alt options to them) - and made it seem like it was an impossible ask - but reading through reviews they’ve comped spots or cancelled leases before. Goes to show they almost want you to suffer in some sick way- it’s funny to them it seems since they aren’t really liable for anything. There is paint drippings all over the weird vinyl not-wood flooring that is horrible for cleaning, everything falls off the walls, and lights are always going out. I had no kitchen light for almost a month and no garbage disposal still. I will say the maintenance dudes take a million years to get to you - and you’ll be cooking with only a light from your iPhone for a month - but they are good vibes and quick when fixing stuff. This place will truly drop the ball at every corner tho. Everyone you’ll talk to has some crazy stories from living there and everyone is STOKED for the lease-end. Hopefully this place doesn’t make getting my deposit a hassle. Can’t express my disdain for this place enough, honestly - they’ll reply to reviews with copy and paste boo-boo but will act completely opposite in person. And the speed bumps will ruin your car if it doesn’t just get stolen and trashed anyway - best of luck!"
