"The complex and neighborhood is nice. However, office staff is incredibly hard to get ahold of and they have four different phone numbers. As someone who works in property management I wouldn't rent from this company again."

"These people DO NOT answer phones! I tried contacting them for an over a week straight no email back, no phone call back, no text back. When I FINALLY got ahold of Rebecca she stated that someone in the office would email me back after she returned from her lunch. That was a week ago & obviously no email. I’m moving from out of state to Vancouver. Time is essential. These people need to understand that they are definitely not the only rental community. I could care less that they manage 3 other properties (which was the excuse a girl gave me for why they don’t answer) clearly they have no concern for prospective tenants so why would they for current tenants? They make it obvious they want your money & nothing more. Extremely poor customer service, trust me there are better rental properties out there. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. They did me a solid by not even returning communications, my family took our business (aka money) elsewhere & are renting from people who actually know how to conduct business."

"I can't reach management. Cars are loud all day and night, and there's constant engine noise. People are always working on cars, and there's trash everywhere. This community used to be nice, but now it's not. I don't let my kids play outside anymore. They put notes on the door for an inspection, I took off of work and they never showed. Big lack of communication with this management company."

"Constantly, day and night, there are individuals with excessively noisy vehicles, carrying out repairs and leaving behind a mess. I've lodged complaints for months, but there's been no action taken. The racket disrupts the entire neighborhood, yet the management's response remains limited to assurances of ongoing efforts. We receive an average of three daily complaints about this ongoing issue they say, yet the situation persists. Moreover, the property changes hands frequently, and the previous management company still owes me a significant sum."

"I have been renting out a room from a friend due to unforeseen circumstances. At first, I thought this was a nice community, but the parking lot is horrible. People with their loud vehicles all hours of the day and night and car repairs being done and garbage being left where the car repair was done. The grass on 63rd along the border of the apartments needs to be trimmed down as well as there is a definite fire hazard."
