"Lacey Park Management increased our rent 2X this year, totaling over $500. The quality of this place doesn't justify such a rent increase. It's run down, old appliances, along with an old floor plan layout. We put up with all this, because it was affordable. Raising the rent to 1900 per month, for this place, is insane. * * * * * * * * Long story short: My wife and I secured a new place for a lower monthly payment, less than a mile away, and moved out of the apartment, December 1st. I found most of the tenets that moved when we did, just moved a mile or two away. My compliments to Suzie, the Manager of Lacey Park Apartments. We now live in a much nicer apartment. We are glad that she decided to obnoxiously raise our rent. It made us move to a much nicer (and cheaper) place. Well done Suzie!"
