"After working with a few other design and build companies, we decided to complete a remodel of our kitchen and laundry area on our first floor with Hurst. Our experience with them was excellent. Like most big projects, it hit several snags and hurdles, but the staff at Hurst was top notch and made us felt taken care of the whole way through. The design process was thorough and in-depth, and we felt like our vision was heard and that we were given style choices that reflected what we wanted. All of the staff that we met through our experience was very friendly, and they were awesome with our family pet and kids coming and going (we did the remodel during summer, so lots of foot traffic while the kids were home from school). The use of the BuilderTrend software was great for keeping the lines of communication open and kept us in the loop of what was happening every step of the way.
