"1 Year UPDATE: We have had to purchase all new lights for this home because of the builders unwillingness to disclose where he gets the exact lights (which are custom) from. It wouldn't be a problem if it didn't take 3+ months to get the lights that he will not tell us that he is getting from China. I have spoken to other home buyers who have had the same issue and were forced to purchase ALL new lights for their homes. EDIT: AFTER BUILDERS RESPONSE We are not providing a one star review because of lightbulbs running out. We understand that these issues are "simple" problems... The problem is that WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE TYPE OF LIGHTS NEEDED IN THIS HOME! Otherwise we would fix it ourselves. We have offered on multiple occasions to purchase them on our own so we could avoid having to deal with this builder. Responses like the one this builder gave is the EXACT reason all buyers should beware. After “working with” this builder (bought one of his homes in Bay 11/2020) over the past few months I think it’s been a long enough time to leave an honest review. The builder started off extremely nice during the buying stage of our relationship (of course) but quickly turned for the worse once he got our money. He is extremely rude and Dave the electrician is perhaps the most unprofessional human I’ve ever encountered (I wish I knew who he is contracted through so we could report him). We were guaranteed a builders warranty on the home and getting them to do ANYTHING is like pulling teeth. We are made to feel as if we are inconveniencing them when ever we ask for simple fixes (like replacing lights that were promised to last 30+ years… we’ve literally had five go out). The home is beautiful but not worth the headache of working with these horrible people. Take your money elsewhere."

"This company doesn’t do research into where they are buying and building. They’ve had an ugly, empty home in Fairview for at least 2 years. No one will buy it because it doesn’t fit the area at all and they’re asking $600,000 for it. They need to pick a new area or come up with a better design that people may actually want."
