"Zero stars. I scheduled a call with a client and 3 other professionals, to discuss a 403b account for our client. We were on hold for 47 minutes and needed to end the call. I attempted to call local agencies to get assistance and the same recording and menu continued. Seriously!! Are we going to use Covid as the reason for POOR service. We are all working from home in the industry. Unexceptable."
