"Absolutely amazing experience. The staff is genuinely caring and knowledgeable. I am confident that I have been set up for success in my recovery. They work with your individual needs and do their best to make Northpoint a safe environment for people with any time of addiction. Very welcoming and positive vibe. It rubs off on patients and I learned so much from my time there. Proud to be a Northpoint Alum!"

"Northpoint was a safe, comfortable soft landing for me in my recovery. The staff are incredible, specifically the techs Amber, Kaylie, Shawna and Luke. The facility is very nice and you are well cared for. I would have loved more healthy food and increased time at the gym, but it's clear that the entire crew work hard to make this a successful experience for all patients."

"Northpoint was amazing. The care I received there was exceptional - my disease of alcoholism plus my mental health was addressed widely. The techs, nursing staff, psychiatric nurse practitioner Power, and my counselor Trish were such a great help. Minus some issues with some lack of communication, I definitely enjoyed every day spent there to start on my recovery again. Thank you for everything!"

"A great place to go for a treatment program. From the minute you walk in the door everybody is welcoming with open arms. From the nurses to techs, counselors and to fellow residents it’s a very safe place to start your journey to recovery. The only thing keeping it away from 5 stars are a couple different reasons. The air circulation in the building is not very good so if someone gets sick it sort of gets passed back and forth among residents. Also, I personally had to advocate for myself to see a counselor multiple times and it took about a week a half for them to finally figure out who I was going to talk to. It wasn’t the counselors fault they were just understaffed and had max capacity of residents. Lastly, the director of the treatment center failed to be proactive when the building was short staffed. Instead of resolving or avoiding conflicts he didn’t intervene, basically avoided the situations. He would attempt to resolve them then literally walk out the door before anything was solved. Luckily everybody else picks up for his slack to make it the treatment center it is. Overall this place is the place to go. The downfalls won’t affect your recovery. If I slipped in my recovery again, 100% would go back to NorthPoint!"

"There's so much to say about how awesome this center is, from the staff to the support of recovery. My first day I felt welcomed and comfortable and staying for the 28 days gave me tools, perspective and the motivation to be active in my recovery. The staff made most everything feel seamless and easy. Made great connections, friends and an amazing peer support network for staying sober in the long-term. If you've tried others, in my opinion, this would be the last one you'll need."
