"I have been interacting with sixteen penny for more than a year now and I can easily say I have never been disrespected more by a company in my entire life. While undertaking a project next to entire my house, they repetitively would tear up my backyard to reach their construction site - all of this without my permission. They would also park in my driveway and in my backyard and despite involving the police, continued this high level of disrespect. I would speak with management about my concerns only to be lied to and for the behavior to continue. Now, as the project has ended, I am left with an entire backyard full of tread makes and without grass. The company is refusing to address the damage they created and by looking at the reviews on Angie’s list I am not alone. I work as a physician so I understand the importance of human compassion - unfortunately sixteen penny only concerns themselves with profits. If you want a company that cares about your community, I would look elsewhere."
