"Amazing venue for a cheaper price with a lot of great views for photos! Going to have wedding in October! I suggest the old tasting room and customize it to have a wedding if you have a small wedding!"
"My son married his long-time sweetheart on November 5, 2022 and held their reception here. What a lovely venue! The venue is an old winery and has all the charm one might expect from an old building. The owners, Debbie and Pierre, were exceptionally kind and patient with a young couple who had never planned a big event themselves. The event was to be held in the big room and the patio area. The rain chased us indoors from the patio area, and Debbie and Pierre made this change seamlessly for us. Both were available for many questions ahead of time, and for dropping off items before the event. I highly recommend this venue! Thanks Debbie and Pierre!"
"Blenda was our hostess and she was very personable, welcoming and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about all the wines and the history of the winery. This winery is housed in an old dairy farm barn. Very cool. Tasting was free and wines very reasonably priced. $10 bottle. Very good wines. I believe they had about 10 -12 wines to try. We stopped after we got to the sweet ones as we are dry wine drinkers. They had a nice little outside sitting area where you can enjoy a glass or bottle, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We definately will return when in the area."
"Truly unique Winery! This winery is run by volunteers to help preserve the history and heritage of wine making in the Waldensian culture. They run the winery on a not for profit basis where they donate most of the profits to local charities. It is a beautiful location and excellent for event hosting. It is a must visit in the foothills of NC."
"A small winery -- not fancy whatsoever -- but the wines are unique & full bodied flavor!!! The atmosphere outside is peaceful and quiet - perfect for enjoying a glass/bottle. The prices keep us coming back by the case."
