"This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. For being heart doctors they sure don't actually have one. I called (6weeks out) to change my kids appointment from virtual to in person because she has been to the Emergency room twice and is having problems with her blood pressure medication. So I actually wanted them to run tests on her. Two hours before the appointment the scheduler calls and wants to change the appointment to virtual because Dr. Flynn wants to work from home and doesn't want to see patients in person. I was calm at first. I explained why we changed the appointment to in person. She calls me back and says he can see us at a different time than the scheduled appointment. I have other children, I've already informed the school as to what time I'm picking my kid up, I can't just completely change my schedule Because. He. Wants. To. Go. Home. Early. After I told her that we would just find a doctor that actually cared about their patients he calls and says he'll stay in the office to see her at the regularly scheduled time. No. Thank you. You have already shown that your priorities are definitely not my child."
