"For being on a budget, I was pleasantly supposed. I was able to rest at ease feeling safe and relaxed at econo lodge during a very stressful week. I walked in to a VERY CLEAN & welcoming atmosphere. Simplicity and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again & again. The rooms were fairly basic ,not outdated, clean and just what i needed. Thank u econo lodge. 5 stars !!!!"

"I went there during the ice storm trying to find a cheap place to get out of the weather. They charged me $111 a night to stay. When I went into the room there was ice and snow in the room on the floor coming in around the crack in the doors. The place needs maintenance in a bad way. They didn't salt the parking lot so I fell and hurt my back trying to leave. I won't ever stay there again."

"When I checked in, the guy on duty was nice, the room was nice, but when I checked out, I think it was around 3am, the new guy on duty was really rude. I gave him the room key and I told him that I was checking out. And he said, what’s your room number I told him I wasn’t sure but I could go back and check. He said no and then said, seriously you can’t remember your room number. I told him I got here last night and I had to get up at 3am to get to my flight. I was starting to tell him that the room is the one one the second floor, as soon as you get off the elevator across from the check in/out window, but he cut me off halfway through and said, what’s your name. I told him. He looked at the computer and said, I can’t find you in the system. Is this your room? I told him whoever the guy was that was working last night checked me in. I told him again that I could go back and get the room number, but he said no again. I told him that my Lyft ride was waiting to get me to my flight. He started looking at the computer again and said I found your name. So, are you trying to check out? At that point I just left because I needed to catch my flight. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I’ve never had a problem checking out, of all things. The whole time he was talking to me in a rude tone, as if I was bothering him."

"A total joke of a business. The staff are completely incompetent in even taking a booking. I had to call every day over an entire week to try and get a booking corrected that they continuously messed up. In the end, I needed a room before my flight the next day, so I had to pay for a second time when they admitted that they messed up the first time and had already charged me. The GM didn’t care at all, she just wanted the money it seems. Room was not clean. Floor was dirty with dust and debris. Crack in the bathroom mirror with a sign over it saying “we’re aware of this”. Curtains and windowsills were old and dirty. Room stunk of old cigarettes. Lamp shades bent or broken and stained. Overall a terrible experience. I can’t recommend to anyone."

"Very easy to find, right off the freeway. I got the jacuzzi room, and everything was clean, and extra towels and bathmat for the jacuzzi. It is also handy that the office is open 24-hours because I left early the next morning. Also, I immediately got my deposit back, not in 2 weeks like some places."
