"not a good experience To their credit, management has responded and said that they will correct the situation. Based on results, I will edit this review as needed. The company did respond to correct the issues... however, despite this, the inconvenience of having to reschedule a few crews (as we are doing the entire common area)--having to store and cook food in other areas of the house, etc. I cannot recommend this company but if you choose to hire them; despite who will do the actual work, make sure you pay the $108 to have their man measure the job. Because I had the presence of mind to do this, the entire liability for the mistakes fell solely on them. I am not sure what would have transpired had I not done that. But I suspect the onus would have been on the customer if I had not taken that precautionary step. The people were, to their positive points; always courteous and professional. The structure of the company is sound however, implementing their SOPs seems to be found wanting. and the ones that saw to things getting corrected, were pleasant. As of today, Feb. 25, 2024--- I am sorry to say the overall quality of this product is pretty bad. Installed the range hood today and the door from the corner cabinet just barely. The designer of our project was not apparently trained and all I can say is: SAVE YOUR MONEY...GO ELSEWHERE--wish I had."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service! Teddy, the CS rep in Kent is inexperienced and NOT DETAILED. The Supervisor of customer service Sonya is RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I put in an order for standard cabinets, not custom, and Teddy screwd up on the color I had chosen. Instead of owning his mistake and inexperience by taking them back, I got stuck with the wrong cabinets. My contractor, nor I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone."

Of all the cabinet showrooms I visited you were warm and welcoming and easily laid out all of the options that best suited this project. Also, thanks to your team for the quick turn around. Communication during the lead time was appreciated as well. Cabinets are installed in the law office I designed, they look GREAT! Will definitely return for future projects. (Note to customers: this location is on a busy street and easy to pass by, but worth it!)"
