"Love this office! Staff is friendly, inviting, patient and kind. Even let my daughter feed the fish. They have toys in the waiting room so your kid can be entertained while you fill out paperwork. Dr.Wu is always has availability for my daughter, which is nice getting to see the same Pediatrician everytime. She takes her time and doesn't leave me with questions. Their office is open on a weekend day and later then most offices in the area. Advice nurses get back to you in a reasonable time. This office is a keeper for sure!"

"Great service And attention to detail, they got me in same day as a new patient when I called to see if they did urgent care due to an accident, they set up a new patient appointment to get established. We did not have a PCP set up yet but they were awesome about it. Reception processed my insurance quickly and let me know before the appointment whether I had a deductible to pay. The staff overall was amazing. They called back to check up on my daughter the next day to make sure she was doing good which made me feel like they actually care, I never once felt like I was being rushed through the appointment but we were seen quickly and the appointment didn’t take long."

"I've been bring my son for 5 years since he was a baby. I have had only good interactions with everyone. The doctor's are amazing and never try to rush us out the door, nurse's assistants are great and take time with my son who is autistic and non verbal. Walking in to the clinic feels like we are seeing our "friends". Even when my son has been extremely hard to examine and treat they all were patient and kind. Today was our last day because we moved but I will forever remember all of them, as warm compassionate and caring people. I should add the level of care has been great and 90% of the time we were able to do same day appointments!!! And they are open for a bit on sat which is amazing. We will miss you all......"

"Avoid this clinic at all costs. Took our newborn in today for a check up. Arrived the stated 10 minutes early. They gave me a STACK of paperwork to complete (whatever it's expected, but the repetitive data was annoying). They then told me I had to call my insurance to see if we had a copay - because if you DO, and do not pay on day of service, they charge you an additional $15 fee. That's right - they charge you to charge you. Never had another medical provider make YOU validate insurance information. But hey - I get it. Doctors need Porsches. Then we were not even seen for 40 minutes PAST our appointment time. When I asked the staff how much longer (we had 2 kiddos in the room) I was stared at and treated like a moron. However, the nurse and doc knew NONE of the information we included in all the paperwork! The doc didn't know we had a girl. I HAD JUST FILLED ALL THAT OUT. The doctor was pleasant and nice, but we will not be patronizing this clinic again. It's 2019. Digitize. Improve your staff and hire people with a modicum of happiness and empathy. By the way- this was our second time here. Last time, they made my wife wait 1.5 hours AFTER the appointment time. I'd rather take my kids to the local vet."
