"Pack your patience! yeah it’s a long haul and they must be understaffed. It doesn’t appear to be well organized or well ran. Log jam of people and a single receptionist. And she is slow, extremely slow! So if you truly need attention go somewhere you will get it. If you have several hours to burn this place is a good match. When you do get seen it goes ok. Did I mention you need a lot of patience to be a patient here."

"wonderful staff, though check in is a little invasive, instead of writing down your info on a form they have you say it out loud in the lobby. luckily for me no one else was in there. i got in and out within an hour, but that being said i just got lucky, urgent cares usually have a wait. the FNP on site was warm, caring & comforting."

"Staff was caring and friendly, right from the reception desk to the exam room. Chris, PA and Stephanie FNP spent all the time needed with my husband. Professional and Friendly, Courteous and Caring. What more could you ask for. Solved his issue. We went away happy. Thank you to all of the staff, for everything you do in service of your community!!"

"I'm currently backpacking the Pacific Crest Trail and injured my foot while hiking a couple of days ago. I tried hiking out of Cascade Locks this morning and was in so much pain I decided to get it looked at and maybe have an xray. The staff and Drs here were so kind! Wait time was not bad at all - especially for a weekend. I waited for less than an hour. Everyone was really nice, helpful, and listened to both what was going on with me and my goals for being able to continue my backpacking trip. I feel confident with my diagnosis and plans to get back on trail. Not sure why they're so poorly reviewed - I had a really nice experience from start to finish."

"I arrived and had my paperwork filled out by 3pm today. People kept coming in after me and were taken back. This happened over and over. I asked for a time frame on how long it would be after 2 hrs, as we are here from out of town and my husband have both my kids 4 and 1 in the car waiting. They couldn't give me a time, but 5 people were in front of me. I asked again when I had been waiting 4 hours how long it would be... they couldn't tell me.. It ended up taking them 5 hours total to get me in and out. Then when I was provided with a prescription to be filled they then told me I likely couldn't fill it today because it's too late and everything is likely closed. As I left the building it was a few minutes after 8 pm. The worst part was the fact that they had absolutely no excuse for the hold up. I asked and the receptionist said she didn't know. Then the PCP had absolutely no excuse for the delay other than they were busy. There is absolutely no excuse for that long of a wait. It does not take 3 hours to see 5 people as they stated at hour 2 of waiting. A simple statement of the wait time when people arrive would really help the situation for many, as my poor children waited all day for me. A simple explanation of the hold up would suffice for many. But we received none of that and I know many many people left today frustrated and upset."
