"I must say I’m very disappointed in this place. In 2021 I was seen by Dr. Johnson for breathing problems and an x ray. It wasn’t until just this week I learned that during that visit I had leukemia and they failed to inform me that my white blood cell count from the blood work they did was at 163,000. Way above average which is between 4,000-10,000. As of last week my white blood cell count has hiked up to 408,000 and I am now diagnosed with leukemia properly thanks to my new doctors. Obviously they failed to review my chart and inform me and it was a shame that my oncologist was the one who gave me the news just this week that I have been dealing with leukemia since my visit to this office in 2021 and probably before that. She was able to access the results from my visit and go over them with me. With that being said I’m sure you can conclude how competent they might be. Pay attention to detail people, it could save someone’s life! I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience with your office could have killed me."

"Dr Shane goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and is super knowledgeable in medicine. My tyroid issue was quickly found and an issue with a Stent was also figured out right away after the clinic that was supposed to provide info was MIA for a family member who only spoke Spanish"

"My brother just recently broke his neck and is a current patient at this hospital. I’m very upset because when he called and asked for his primary doctor to call him Debbie the representative who answered the call. Asked why, assuming that is was only in regards to him being prescribed a medical bed for he is in severe pain. She continued to state that “ if it’s about the bed I’m telling you he has to see you first.” My brother stated he understood but again he has questions for his doctor HE BROKE HIS NECK for goodness sake, can’t we simply get a return call? we’ve never dealt with such an injury. I let my brother know to let her know we understand and you’re a patient with a severe accident and she should leave the message for the doctor that’s all. She laughed in the background and I would like for someone to speak to her about her insensitivity. It was hurtful and makes us feel like your hospital can careless about our lives. Who laughs at a current disabled man who almost could have been paralyzed or worst. Who laughs in general as a professional representative of Providence. Where is the morals and respect we preach about. Where is the compassion and care? This was beyond hurtful and rude, all I want is for my family to be treated as anyone should, nothing less and her actions were barbaric and beyond unprofessional. I’m truly coming from a customer point of view and a hurt individual, I’d never recommend anyone here with a lady so mean. If that is the first person I see and treats me this way why would I want to do business here yet alone trust my brother will be taken care of and in good hands? How can I trust you have the best interest. One rotten apple effects the entire tree. All I ask is she gets a conversation about being more understanding. What I experienced no one should. "My wife was the first to go to Dr Patin and said she was great, but she was so booked she wasn't accepting any new clients at the time. I went with another doctor at another facility instead but after two years of mediocre service, at best, I decided to try to get in to see Dr Patin again. Success! I had one "virtual" visit with her on Zoom and she decided to have me come in for a follow up visit. I met with her today and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire visit. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, seemed genuinely interested in helping with my issues, and very accommodating when I brought up additional concerns I hadn't mentioned before. I will absolutely be back to see her whenever I have a problem. The only reason I wouldn't want to give her 5 stars is to keep her from getting too many patients, making it harder for me to schedule with her again. I should note the other staff were great as well. Her assistant (who's name I forgot to get...SORRY!!) was wonderful too. Thank you to all of you!"
