"Dr hero does in fact fire people for no reason. I read one of these reviews from a guy and she did the same to me. After not helping me with any of my issues, guessing at what could be wrong. When the stomach issues persisted she shooed me away without testing for anything. She does not care about patients or their health. Not smart in the slightest I only stayed on as long as I did for the refills. It’s hard finding drs with openings so I just dealt with it and most of the time went to urgent care. As the drs there were way nicer and more knowledgeable."
"If I could give half a star, I would have. This is the crappiest doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Barely spoke to us, barely spent any time, and barely looked at the patient. He didn't even touch him to listen to his breath or take his BP or heart rate or ANYTHING. Seriously skip this guy."
"My wife drew my attention to the reviews here. Wow never had the experiences as these people. I will agree that you generally have to leave a message when you call but that is because they never make you wait while you are in the office and their office is always busy with appointments and walk ins. I've always been able to see my doctor same day when I need to, or even another doctor if my primary doctor is away. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable - I'm usually in and out in no time which is exactly what I want when I don't feel well. I don't know what people expect or why they are giving this wonderful clinic one star! Where did you go before this? Did your doctor come to you? Have you been watching too many British television shows - I too would love to live in a fairytale!"
"First, the positive: I absolutely love the service and compassion I have gotten from Dr. Hero. However, over the past month or two this clinic has completely stopped answering the phone and only rarely gives call backs, making it very difficult to get in touch with my physician or to make appointments."
