"Pelvic Floor Therapy I was given two choices when I went to my doctor because I was having problems with bladder control. Physical therapy or surgery (there are other options) but this was by choices. I thought there is NO way PT is going to stop my bladder issues. I didn’t leak I gushed. I wore a huge depends pad that I’d have to change twice a day. Anything would make me leak: laughing, coughing, sneezing, lifting, tripping, getting out of my car, even when I looked at a toilet. When I called to make the appointment Mona was sweet and so reassuring. She let me know that there was a private room that I would have my first visit in. I was very nervous going to my first appointment but Micah put me to ease right away. She took her time getting to know me. She asked me many questions and explain what we would be doing at each session. Each week I could feel by control of my pelvic floor get stronger. I have been going weekly for three months and now have complete control of my bladder. I was not a believer and had to eat my words. I am still surprised when i sneeze and don’t have to run to the restroom. I can not recommend Micah enough. She is so knowledgeable and cares about the outcome as much as I did.
