"I waited 45 minutes after checking in just to be told I wouldn't be seen. To add insult to injury the sciatic nerve pain I wanted to talk to my doctor about flared up and standing or sitting for that long was difficult. Not only was getting the appointment challenging but I had to make several changes to my week in order to not miss my appointment. All that just to be left empty handed. Veterans deserve better than this. These are the people that answered the call. I don't expect much to change or anything from this review. If anything Im simply using it as a tool to vent."

"It’s on the 3rd floor! I guess I’ll write a review to chime in. This is a very convenient and well-run facility (though it would be nice to put the suite or floor in the address) compared to other VA locations I’ve been to. The doctors and staff are great and do their best despite high demand. The office building is nicer than I’d expect and there’s plenty of parking (you can park on both sides of the building). Overall it’s great as long as you can avoid traffic. So go in the morning or early afternoon!"

"It used to be pretty good. But has really gone down hill in last few years. The staff works way to hard at keeping veterans out and waiting room empty. Impossible to get a appointment and if you do they treat you crummy and don't address the problem. They are only there for a paycheck. If possible avoid this place and the VA."
