"On two occasions, I’ve received terrible care at OHSU immediate care. Their PAs are very unfriendly and treat you as if you’re wasting their time (even though they’re paid to do exactly what they’re doing - seeing patients!). They love to lecture the need for a primary, but seem to forget that the wait list for any primary is well over 6 months, and it’s even suggested you see immediate care before your first primary appointment if needed. I found PA, T. Raine, to be really rude and she made me pretty uncomfortable. She doesn’t have right the bedside manner to work in healthcare. There were tests she should’ve ordered, but pretty much refused and gave me a useless paper referral to a specialist, which of course no one takes (and I believe she knows that). I won’t be returning in the future and I’m pretty disappointed in OHSU."

"Wouldn't bother going in. Providers just degrade you for being sick. Really put me off seeking future healthcare with OHSU."

"I think you get the care you would anywhere but my main issue is that you can’t communicate with the immediate care provider you saw via my chart afterwards. Even if they send you a message, you can’t reply with questions, or for instance, to tell them they got your pharmacy wrong. Because of this, I’ll go to zoom care from now on."

"Saw PA Raine and it was one of the most uncomfortable encounters I’ve ever had in my life. She was just looking me up and down nonstop to where I even looked down to see if I had something on me. The process was fast, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to get adequate care. The nurse was nice though!!"

"I took my mother in this week. Registration takes a bit of time with OHSU, but once we are done with that I am able to get the next day appointment in the morning (called in the PM). Everything is very smooth there, we were treated very well by Chase (MA) and Alvin (PA) there. Very patient, caring, well explained, and fabulous fabulous manner. We can’t be more satisfied with their quality of service and the whole experience there. Highly recommend if you want a good network of medical professionals to help with your problems."
