"I walk in summer 2023 several months back for questions. Dont patronage unless u plan to pay$$$4 glasses&instead if u do conduct business request your prescription 4glasses& take your business elsewhere! Note: I never step foot in 3rivers before .The blonde woman w/glasses, I assume Mgr. Rhonda is what i recall the name is for i ask people their names. She had capability to answer questions but very curt& snotty. She is pictured in staff photo 3rd fm. The left of woman w/back& white blouse. 11/1/23 stop in to bring friend to apmt. I stop& turn my neck to read black sign facing reception area & in an immediate rude tone the short hair blonde w/glasses woman states "do you have a question?" I say "no?, I'm trying to read the sign" Bonnie say" o Ok you looked at me & I helping/assisting someone now I thought you had a question" I said "no, I don't have a question, was trying to read" . With blondies tone & glare in front of 2 women she was helping, staff & friend such is unnecessary. Snappy is blondie. We can't change the world but we can make a difference by addressing constructive criticism. Please hav your owner speak to Rhonda& her very curt mannerisms. Suggestion: Rhonda can start in a kind tone by saying: good morning &/or nawt say anything at all. First time public walk in or not, do have a right to walk in, observe the area& look w/out the unkind tone of voice in front of others. Rhonda needs to tone it down& be calm& not so abrupt. I met 3rivers male eye doctor outside on my first visit, he spoke & was very kind. We chuckled& went on our way. Big difference compared to barking at others. Thanks you kind mature male doctor4 your kindness."

"I was traveling recently and was passing through the area. I was having some eye irritation and suspected I had something in my eye. The doctor and staff went out of their way to get me in and during the eye exam I had a piece of metal flake in both eyes. The doctor was able to remove the metal and a couple weeks later, I'm doing fine. Thanks Three Rivers Eye Care, I can't thank you enough."
