"I wouldn't go here if you value your health. My wife went in because she was having minor chest pain and dizziness when exerting herself and while she has high BP they ignored it and instead prescribed an antidepressant that's known to raise BP and told her to keep taking prilosec OTC but double the dose even though the two have been known to interact negatively with eachother. This place is full of quacks pushing psych meds nothing more."

"I went over a month ago and they brought the wrong person into my appt and sent them out the door with my paperwork. The nurse was VERY rude and made me feel as if I had no right to be upset about the situation. She also had the audacity to call me rude after I even felt like I needed to apologize for their mess up. They never let me file a complaint they all said it was something they would put as an "incident report" that btw, I never heard back on."

"These people don't care about patients. I don't know who's sitting at the front desk but they're terrible. I'm sitting here wondering if I have cancer and they act annoyed when I call. They were supposed to give me a referral and they referred me to a place my insurance isn't accepted. Longview radiology said they've told them to stop referring people with my insurance, but they're still doing it. So I call back and tell them, so they say "well switch the referral" 2 days later it's still not done. So I call back and they act irritated that I'm calling again. Very short. Audible sighs on the phone "uhhh date of birth" who's running this place. If I have cancer YOU could have caught sooner, I'm suing. But for now I'm reporting those receptionists to the state."

"Front desk at this location is amazing. Walked in today to a couple berating them and throwing masks on the ground because they arrived later than their appointment and weren’t accepted to just go ahead. The staff has only ever been wonderful when I’ve been in here, to me and others. Confirmed my non-legal name (in the process of getting my name changed) as my preferred call-name. Asked me how my day was going, handled the couple with firm politeness. Another person came in saying they were worried THEY were late, but it turned out they were on time for their check in. Again, staff was very kind to them."

"I have never had issues with this doctors office. The staff are friendly and the 2 doctors I have been assigned to both are great listeners and went out of their way to get test done that I felt I needed. My doctor also answers my questions within 24hr if I write her on My Chart app. Definitely Never be late though arrive 15 min early if possible. Or u will not be seen.."
