"I've never been to this place and never would go because they seem too incompetent to bill correctly and I'm afraid it would be the same for their medical care. They keep sending us bills for our adult son despite numerous calls to them to make it stop. Billing the right person doesn't seem like too much to ask for."
"Refuses to refill meds. Refuses to call me back if there’s an issue refilling. Staff is rude when presented with an issue. Tired of it please don’t waste your time coming here. Kristi Illers was the only good part about this place and she left."
"This mental health facility, at least in my case with the doctors they gave me, are incompetent at best. They are unable to give medications on a consistent basis and as a result ruined my thanksgiving day. According to the receptionist, they have a high turn over rate of doctors so that's saying something. Do not go to this facility, your better off driving the distance for something better."
"Absolute scam. Wont send you a single bill but will suddenly tell you that there is a balance of $800. So you pay that, then a month later suddenly you owe another $600. While having no appointments in between. Appointments get cancelled constantly. Just save your money and sanity and go somewhere else."
"Over 2 years and still doind better than ever! Despite all the negative reviews, I have never have a problem. Front desk is always friendly and I can always get through on the phone. Or I get called back the sam day. You get what you give. And i still give them 5 stars. And a 5 star attitude when i walk through the door. Very caring staff, always put a smile on my face. Nice clean facility. Best mental health place I have ever been to period. And I love that they have a pharmacy right there in the same building. Everyone is very caring and really want to and try to help you and your life get better. They are changing lives everyday. I know they have definitely changed mine. Me and my family thank you!"
