"I went in for regular STD testing to make sure I’m healthy. Since I have a new partner. The provider said her exam results she did in like 2 minutes with the microscope said I was positive for a STI. I was so embarrassed and confused and I told my partner. He went to get checked and his results were negative so he thought I cheated. My laboratory results came back 2 days later and I’m negative for everything. I’m clean! That provider has probably caused so many problems with people!!! Giving me false results!!"

"So I have two kids already and at the time I was 3 mo postpartum I explained I don't have financial stability for a third child and asked if pill abortion was an option they went over it with me and made me feel comfortable with the decision. I took the first pill there and went up to the front desk to get birth control they gave me as many as they could hand me and after the pill I felt a little dizzy cuz I hadn't ate really that day and asked for a snack the front desk lady who was a little older gave me a bag of goldfish asked if I was okay and I assured her I was. They gave me the second pill to take home. On my way home they where generous enough to call me and let me know that I had forgotten my charger so they left it at the front desk for me. I have a ultrasound this week to make sure everything is expelled. Over all very good manners and very judge free at my appointment. I'm very happy with the experience"

"I’m gonna be honest and i don’t normally do this but as a 17 year old girl going here with my friend who needed to get some testing done we were treated un fairly, felt judge, and overall amounts of attitude were given. We originally had an appointment at 11:15 and got there on time and started to sign in and then the front desk lady said we don’t have an appointment even though we had confirmation of it. We also had to drive an hour and a half to here because all places closer to us were fully booked. We then made another appointment for around 2. We came back and the front desk women just weren’t as friendly as they could have been. for a place that has a purpose of being safe and comfortable and judgement free we felt the opposite for all of these. We then had to wait in the wait room for an hour while two girl who came after us went back before us even though we had an appointment first. Then as the time came my friend wanted me to go back with her because she was scared and didn’t want to go alone. They refused to let me go back with her. Overall just not the place they claim that they are or what they stand for."
