"Gosh we use to love this place. The last two times have just killed it. Last time the staff member was in the playground rolling around with the kids and acting as their care giver. I was clearly watching her every move. It felt super inappropriate. She was all up in my kids and someone else’s kids face and it felt ick. We left after that went on for about 30 minutes. The second bad experience was a lady came in hacking up a lung and her poor kid had the worst flemy cough you can imagine. Couldn’t hardly breathe between coughs. Not covering her mouth at all ( she was like 4 so that’s to be expected) her nose is was running all down her face. I approached the staff and asked if they typically allow super sick individuals to come in to play? She just shrugged her shoulders and said “yep” and here we are a week later and my entire household is sick. Sadly we won’t be going back there. This place needs to get their staffing and rules figured out. It’s a mess."

"Hosted our 4 year olds birthday party here and would 10/10 recommend. We had around 15 kids ages 6 months-8years old and about 20 adults. Everyone fit wonderfully and the kids had a blast, we rented the entire place out and the price was very reasonable (around $350 for 2 hours plus pizza). Our party host on Sunday 5/7 was awesome to work with and dealt with the kids amazingly, she was stern but friendly with their rules to the kiddos preventing me from having to yell at anyone and was helpful and friendly to all of the adults. My only gripe was I wish our rental could have been a bit longer without having to book an entire extra 2 hours for double the price. I loved getting to decorate and make it special for my daughter without having to deal with a ton of cleanup prep and post party mess. Thank you!"
"Clean, well staffed and tons of activities for kids of any age. There is even space for adults if they want to participate! Plenty of seats if they don't. Reasonably priced, too. I especially appreciated how carefully they checked to make sure I was leaving with the right kids."
