"I had a wonderful practicum experience with Maimouma for the last two-quarters of my PMHNP program. She truly cares for her patients. She took the time to explain her rationale for medication management, diagnosis of the patients, and screening tools utilized to diagnose patients. I highly recommend Mental Health For All for your Telehealth PMHNP clinical site. The office staff is excellent to work with and has a quick response time. Truly a pleasure to work with."

"If I could give 0 stars for this "Mental Health" facility I would. The provider herself I had through the Spokane office was okay, but I felt I wasn't heard as a person/individual, only someone with a disability and $$. The receptionist Jay was nothing but difficult to work with and rude, things could only be done one way and that's all he was willing to do instead of asking someone higher up due to my circumstances of being out of the country for graduate school. Not to mention all the last minute "policies" they suddenly had in place for anything I needed (records/paperwork etc). There are plenty of other mental health providers out there that will treat you like a person and care about what is best for you and your situation. Don't waste your time here...overall lack of professionalism and empathy."

"**Editing this review after a conversation with my provider**: Professionalism and standard of quality is poor. My provider, Maimouna Sou, forgot to send in my prescription, then lied about it(allegedly, but the prescription only appeared after I called them). The billing department not only didn’t understand the items on my first bill when I was surprised by the price, but was also inexplicably unreachable for days. They are happy to call and ask me to pay the remainder of that bill, though, once every couple of days. I made a payment, informed Jay at the front desk of this when he called, then got a call three days later asking if they should go ahead and charge my card for the remaining balance. I have had three separate instances in this same vein; the administrative aspects of this office cause an issue for me, I reach out to solve the issue, and I have to FORCE a response out of them, sometimes over the course of multiple weeks with my money in the balance. The only person who’s easily contacted is Jay at the front desk, who never has the info you need. I was ultimately discharged from their care, because I spent two weeks asking to have a charge I couldn’t afford reversed and was being hit with radio silence from billing. I ultimately flooded their inbox so I couldn’t be ignored anymore, but I guess that was too annoying for them. Just go somewhere else, there are enough mental health providers. I’m sure those online ones are at least this competent."

"Really lackluster support from doctors only saw Dr Sow once technically. After trying to cancel an appointment and being given the run around and then being given very unnecessary attitude when I confronted the front desk person who called to tell me I was late for an appointment I had spoken with him on at least two occasions to cancel was too much. Also being made to still attend an appointment to get a nonstimulant medication really left a bad taste in my mouth. I thought I was done with the office but they keep terrible records. I've overpaid them by their own records and my insurance records and they still won't go away. Go somewhere else not worth the headache at all."

"If you are an ARNP student needing to complete your preceptorship hours then look no further, I have worked and learned from Maimouna Sow, ARNP, PMHNP over the last 2.5 months and am coming out the other side more knowledgeable. I’ve loved having part of my clinical experience via Telehealth, and still having availability to critical information to add to my learning experience. I’m feeling more ready to begin my next journey as a provider and I believe Maimouna is part of the reason for this!"
