"Lovely aesthetics, place is nicely decorated and feels calming enough, except for the loud music and laughter from next door. My face was angry with me, itchy, raw and red from a rather expensive but bad moisturizer and after one clarifying facial from Tonia, it feels better! I still have some healing to do, but the whole process was very nice and soothing and she did a great job."

"I did a spa day here. 90 min massage with hot stone, hand and foot massage, salt room, and facial. I was warmly greeted by each person that I interacted with. I was so relaxed and refreshed by the time my day ended. All of the providers were exceptional. I will be coming back to his place. I love the ease of scheduling on-line."

"I used to go to Gene Juarez for when I wanted a really amazing "treat yourself" experience. I haven't gone in at least a few years and was sad to find out they no longer offer massage services. I debated about trying out Solei because it's close, has great reviews and seemed to have a very spa like atmosphere but ny insurance covers massages, not spa massages, the no frills, nothing fancy kind but I honestly haven't had much luck finding good therapists. I woke up this morning incredibly stiff and sore after working extra shifts the last couple of days and thought I would see if Solei had any openings (it's not only Sunday, but new years eve and last minute). There was one 30 minute massage with JOY. I took the appointment because I needed relief so bad. Today I had the best massage I have ever had. The spa itself was so much nicer than I expected. It had the Gene Juarez vibes that I love. Everyone was so kind. All of the extra touches were amazing. Lockers for your stuff, heated racks for robes, comfortable massage table and a very relaxing waiting room. Joy's massage was exactly what I needed and able to relieve the significant tension in my neck and shoulders better than any other massage therapist. I have heard of people crying during massages but never understood today. My neck has been so tight for months now and I felt so much tension just melt away I couldn't help but cry happy tears from the relief. I have already scheduled a 60 minute massage in 2 weeks. Thank you Joy!!! You are amazing!!"

"JOY is such an amazing therapist. Massage technique was fantastic, she is so knowledgeable and focused on her craft. I left feeling brand new again! She focused on all the areas I asked her to, and continued to check in with me about pressure. Definitely the only person I will get a massage from here on out!!!"

"What a great little spot. I was not expecting the busy retail vibe at the entrance and had to wait quite a while to get checked in but check in was informative and thorough. Private changing room, separate bathroom, lockers with keys to store your things. Sanctuary room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Very cozy. Tea, water and coffee are available (though the sleeves and lids didn't fit provided cups). The sound level throughout the spa was high. I'm not sure if it was people in the sauna or an attached space in the building but I could hear loud talking and laughing throughout most of the common areas of space. My services were both late to start, but I didn't mind because I enjoyed the sanctuary space so much. I had a body treatment with Joy and it was great, the massage portion though was INCREDIBLE. I honestly think it's the best massage I've ever had (I used to be a massage therapist myself). The amount of release she accomplished was incredible. She was attentive and communicative and had GREAT pressure. Cannot recommend Joy enough. My facial was just a quick one and was also very nice! Overall I will be back. It's not the most relaxing spa I've ever been to in that it doesn't really feel like a retreat from the outside world, but it is really great!"
